When buyer wants to return the product, he/she should send return request to Birdy's closet within 3 days after receiving the product.
- Buyer should return product in following conditions:
- An item purchased on Birdy's closet cannot be returned if it was accurately described in the listing or it does not fit.
- The item is not as described in the listing.
- The item is damaged or lost in transit.
- The wrong item is received.
Buyer should send images of the product along with the reason for return to Birdy's closet. Birdy's will review buyer reason and decision will be taken by Birdy's. If Birdy convinced on Buyer's reason, Birdy will accept the return request or else reject.
If return is approved, Birdy will provide the buyer with addressed shipping label to return the item to the seller through email.
Birdy will refund the buyer once the product is delivered to seller
