    Create your account by adding username,password and other fields that given on sign up page.
  • +User name and password

    Please pick a user name that you like, and this cannot be changed once it is set up. How Birdy’s Closet works – snap a few photos of your item, give detailed description, brand,condition, price and upload photos from your smart phone or on the website.
  • +Video – this is optional

    You can take a video of your item to show if it has anything wrong with it.We recommend taking a video when you make a sale to prove the condition of the purchase. Print your label out and put it next to the item and take the video, this way it shows customers name and date stamp at the time of purchase.
  • +How can I trust selling on Birdy’s Closet?

    Birdy’s Closet buys “Protection Guarantee” when you make a purchase on Birdy’s Closet, we will not release funds to the seller until you accept and rate your item. You will have 3 days to do this. If we do not hear from you in those 3 days and we have confirmed through tracking that your item was delivered, Birdy’s Closet has the right to release your funds to the seller. At that point, there will be NO refunds or returns no matter what.
  • +What fees does Birdy’s Closet charge?

    It is free to download our app and Buy & Sell. Birdy’s Closet charges 8% commission of your sale. If the sale is $25.00 and under, there is a $2.00 fee for that sale only
  • +Behaviour and protocol guidelines on Birdys's Closet

    • Always be courteous – we are here to have fun, meet new friends, shop and sell.
    • Please do not give your personal information, emails, phone number, etc.
    • Do not post false information or fake photos.
    • Be yourself; do not portray yourself as someone else.
    • Do not use other peoples photos, copy their words, copyright trademarks, or logos, it is not allowed.
    • Do not use profanity on Birdy’s.
    • Do not make more than one account, multiple accounts are not allowed without the permission of Birdy’s Closet. You may contact us by email.
    • Do not propose any transactions outside of Birdy’s Closet. We cannot be responsible for the transactions made outside of Birdy’s Closet.
    • We do not ship outside of the United States at this time. We are working toward this in the future.
    • Do not sell items that require payments. Payments are not allowed on Birdy’s Closet.
    • Only use photos that you take yourself. Do not use other customers’ photos without their consent.
    • Electronics – we do not condone the buying and selling of electronics, since we cannot guarantee they will work. The buying and selling of electronics is at “your own risk”.
    • CD’s, DVD’s, and VHS – we do not condone the buying and selling of these items, since again we cannot guarantee they will work. The buying and selling of CD’s, DVD’s, and VHS is at “your own risk”.
      • Harrasment and Bullying
      • Birdy’s Closet will not tolerate any bullying, harassment, threats, slander, racial remarks, violence, abuse, invasion of one’s privacy, or any kind of hate toward anyone on our site, period. If you have a problem with someone please send Birdy’s an email, do not engage with each other or in regards to someone else. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action. BIRDY’S EMAIL

  • +When making a purchase

    Before making your purchase, always check the size, color, measurements, brand and condition of the item. Make sure to ask all questions regarding the condition and read the description before making your purchase.
  • +When I receive my item

    Please look your items over carefully, if all looks good and is as described you will need to accept and rate your item. Once you have done this you cannot change your mind and try to return.
  • +There is something wrong with my item

    You receive your package and it is not described or something is wrong. Do not accept your item and do not rate it. If you do, we cannot help you and the funds will be released to the seller. Please click the “Contact Birdy’s” button and attach photos and (video if available) give description of the item. We will look at the description of item and conversations between buyer and seller, along with all photos, video, ratings to help make our decision on whether or not we will allow a return. If we allow the return, we will send you a shipping label. Please ship the item back within 48 hours. If the item is not shipped within 48 hours, it is yours and will not be refunded. When the seller receives the item back, we will refund you money.
  • +I have not received my item

    Please track your package first. If your package says delivered and you have not received it, please contact your seller first and then send us an email.
  • +If your item is lost or stolen


  • +Reports a Seller

    If you have a problem with a seller please send us an email. If you see illegal items, observe someone trying to sell offline or any kind of harassment.Please report this to Birdy’s Closet.
  • +Returns

    We do not allow returns unless the item is not as described or there is a problem.
  • +Cancel items

    You only have 1 hour to cancel your purchase, as long as the Seller has not mailed your package. Otherwise, you have already made your purchase and the item cannot be cancelled.
  • +If my order or my sale is cancelled???

  • +Standard prohibited and restricted items

      Birdy's Closet strictly prohibits the buying or selling of the following products or services:
    • Replicas, Fake, Inspired by or Knock Off’s – items must be authentic. Please provide proof of authenticity and serial number. Replicas, Fakes, Inspired by or Knock Off’s are not allowed on Birdy’s Closet, you may be banned at the discretion of Birdy’s. If you see these on our site please let us know. It is illegal to sell counterfeit products; violators may be subject to criminal prosecution.
    • Do not sell stolen goods – it is against the law to sell stolen goods and violators may be prosecuted.
    • All items being sold on Birdy’s Closet must be legal and belong to the Seller.
    • Soliciting is prohibited on Birdy’s Closet – please report anyone soliciting to us.
    • Do not advertise your business on our site, this is not allowed.
    • Underwear- needs to be new with tags for health reasons.
    • Do not use other customers’ photos without their consent.
    • Do not make more than one account. Multiple accounts are prohibited – unless we give permission, you can send us an email.
    • If you are banned from Birdy’s, do not try to create a new account.
    • Anything Ilegal.
    • Pharmaceuticals, Prescription medications, behind the counter drugs, cannabis, anything to do with cannabis or any kind of drugs. Also includes any items to create any drugs.
    • Heath and Wellness Products such as – Protein powders, vitamins, muscle inhancers, diet supplements,body wraps and home remedies.
    • Alcohol
    • Tobacco Products- Cigarettes, cigars, dip, chew, Vaporizing liquid with nicotine, E cigarettes, Vapes, Hookah, anything containing any Nicotine.
    • Food or Baby formula
    • No Dropshipping allowed.
    • No Multi Level Marketing sales or Advertising your business.
    • No Explicit Items- Sexually Explicit or Sex toys.
    • Stolen goods
    • Knives with blades over 3 inch switchblades or butterfly knives.
    • Any 3 inch or under blades must have a picture image with a ruler or tape measure next to it to prove its length. You may not have any knives that are hidden or concealed in any way inside of any kind of item or object that or made of materials that are not able to be detected with a metal detector. These are prohibited regardless of the length period.
    • Fire arm parts.
    • Military Ordinance or Explosives.

  • +Take good, clear pictures of items

    Use good lighting when taking pictures of your items. Should there be anything wrong with the item, make sure to include a picture or video of the area.
  • +Description of merchandise

    Give details, size, color, length, measurements, new, used, NWT (New with tag), NWOT (New without tag) and if there is anything wrong with the item. Also, list the brand and price. ****Remember all sales are final except if it is not as described or if something is wrong or damaged. ****Also, if the Buyer does not accept and rate your item within the 3 days of being delivered, Birdy’s will automatically release the funds to the Seller.****
  • +Can a Buyer cancel a sale?

    The Buyer can cancel the sale within the first hour and if the Seller has not shipped the item.
  • +Report a buyer

    If you have a problem with a Buyer, Please send us an email.Harassment of any kind should be reported to Birdy’s.
  • +If your item is lost or stolen

  • +When I make a sale?

    We will send you a prepaid shipping label. (see shipping) Package your item (remember to take your video, optional), apply your label and ready to ship.

  • +How long do I have to ship my item when I make a sale?

    Please try to send your item right away, although, you have 5 days to ship your item. If you have not shipped by the end of the 5th day, your transaction will be cancelled and funds will be released back to the Buyer.
  • +Getting paid

    Birdy’s Closet takes 8% of your sale. The Buyer has 3 days to accept your package and rate your item. After they rate and accept your item we will release the funds to the Seller. You may choose to keep your funds in your account and use to purchase items on Birdy’s, or you can have your funds direct deposited into your bank account.

  • +How do I use my earnings or credits on Birdy’s

    We will always require a credit card to make a purchase. When making a purchase we will pull from your credits first and then the remainder from your credit card.
  • +Credits

    Birdy’s Closet may give credits for referrals or promotions. We may offer a credit on some returns, etc. Credits may be revoked at any time.It is entirely within discretion of Birdy’s Closet.
  • +Coupons

    Birdy’s Closet may give coupon codes for promotions or sale, etc.The coupon code may only be used by the person who received it.
  • +Deleting a sale and photos or post when there is an issue

    You will not be able to do this until the sale is final or we have determined the issue.
  • +DIY Projects (Do it yourself projects or handmade items)

    Please be sure to ask several questions between the Seller and Buyer. The same rules apply to DIY projects as regular items. It must be described and look like what is in the photos or videos. ** Handmade items may be in violation of a copyright, if copied or made with copyrighted characters or Brand logos, etc.
  • +Trades

    We do not allow trades at this time, we are working on this for the next phase.
  • +Returns

    When it comes to repetitive returns from a Buyer or Seller, Birdy’s Closet reserves the right to determine whether we may charge you for the return shipping or not.
